Seed Magnetic Separator

The Seed Magnetic Separator uses magnetic powder for highly effective removal of worm eaten seeds. The operation is applicable to a wide range of shelled crops from sunflower seeds to peanuts. During the screening process raw materials are mixed with magnetic powders in the mixing barrel and are stirred continuously to let the wormholes and cracks in the former fill up with the latter. The mix then is dosed onto the conveyor belt. A strong magnetic force pulls all the seeds with magnetic powder to the next layer,good quality seeds on the other hand continue to the discharging unit. Magnet content is removed from the undesired seeds completely with use of the vibrating trough. There is 100% magnet content free finished product and allowing re-use of the magnetic powder. This machine can screen higher materials at the separating rate of more than 99%, saving labor time and greatly improving work efficiency. This unit is usually assembled in front of the color sorting production line,or behind the line as the last step. This product is widely used in materials processing market which is the sunflower seeds or other crops with holes.
